The surprising fact that the leaks have uncovered is that she’s a 4-star character and the deputy leader of the Arataki Gang who uses an electro sword as her weapon.
Leaks about Kuki Shinobu’s kit disclosed that she might have energy recharge problems that can be remedied by pulling for her first constellation. However, it is uncertain whether Shinobu will synergize with 5-star Geo Oni.
