LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is an upcoming lego-themed action-adventure game developed by Traveller’s Tale and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The game is set to be released on April 5 for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
Coming with this fan’s favorite lego series comes a question “will it support crossplay?” Here’s the answer to this question.
Will LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga support Crossplay?
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will not be launched with crossplay support as it will not have an online play option as mentioned on Steam. However, it doesn’t mean that there are no chances of it with future patches.
However, players will be able to enjoy the game with others through split-screen co-op play, which has been a key focus in all of the lego games. However, Traveller’s Tales has confirmed that they will be adding additional features post-launch, such as improved visuals with ray-tracing, PS5 adaptive trigger support, etc.
So most likely, there is a chance of crossplay support in the coming months, but it remains unannounced as of now. However, given the current demand, it will be truly unfortunate not to have online support and crossplay features as it will be a fantastic game to enjoy with distant friends and relatives.
