Tarik, one of the biggest VALORANT streamers on Twitch right now, managed to pull off one of the biggest April Fool’s Day pranks today on his live stream. He first tweeted that he was launching his own NFT project, shocking his fans; however, he explained that it was a joke later on his stream. Not only this, but he also asked his viewers to be a part of this grand prank by asking them to write things like Omg! I bought 500 of these, Great Investment, and more.
In addition to this, he also mentioned a website named “SaveTheTarik.com” in his tweet that his fans can access for more information about his NFT project. However, the funny part is that it was a fake link that redirects users to one of his youtube videos titled, VALORANT is more fun when you take it easy…
Once you click SaveTheTarik.com, you will jump to a specific moment of the video where Tarik is saying, “What’s up dudes, I just wanna give a quick reminder if you haven’t hit that subscribe button smash that shit right now. I appreciate all the support you guys are the best.”
It even had some hilarious comments from various users on his tweet as Average Jonas replies, “Thanks for the welcome package dude, I’m ready to be the largest KAPPer.” On the other hand, arnvsingh said, “Just bought my first token ever. Glad it was for my favourite Streamer. #SaveTheTarik.”
It was a great April Fool’s Day prank, no one was hurt, and everyone had a laugh!
