After so long, Apex Legends is finally arriving on mobile devices with the same competitive gameplay and immersion its other versions offer. The fast-paced battle royale blew everyone’s mind with unique gunplay mechanics in 2019, along with the incredible level design of maps and legends that players can make use of their skill to flank and outsmart enemies.
EA has been working on it for quite some time when it comes to offering the same experience with intuitive touch screen controls, which many players can attest to it who tried the early access version of the game. Many are dying to know more about the game and the possible release date of Apex Legends Mobile, and we’ll divulge every detail of what you can expect from it.
Apex Legends Mobile Release Date
Apex Legends Mobile will be released in May 2022; as per the official announcement by EA, however, no exact date has been revealed. It is currently available in selected countries including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, and Colombia, and is undergoing improvements to make the final product more immersive.
You can pre-register the game on Android and iOS devices to unlock Become Legendary Holospray and Sunfire Initiate Pathfinder skin for free. While both the PC and mobile versions are entirely different, there are some of the features that the mobile version retains from the PC version, like weapons, maps, and legends.
Apart from regular battle royale mode, you can also choose different modes that each hold a unique experience, like Arenas and Team Deathmatch. Just like the other versions, Apex Legends Mobile will also be a free-to-play BR title, but there will be paid goodies like cosmetic items; however, Respawn Entertainment has assured us that they’ll never include items that’ll offer an unfair advantage.
